He is a well known oil painter known for depiction of rural landscapes and life on the canals. His work has been exhibited in major exhibits in Bangkok. This canal scene is painted with a knife and thick oil paint giving it an almost 3d appearance. The artist uses a combination of broad palate strokes accompanied by fine brushed lines.
