Description: This charming vintage, yet modern design, mahogany Pencil-Post Bed is a 1960 original copy of an antique bed featured in … more This charming vintage, yet modern design, mahogany Pencil-Post Bed is a 1960 original copy of an antique bed featured in the Henry Ford Museum Collection and Greenfield Village in Dearborn, Michigan.

The bed has been slept in by only one person, me, and owned by me since 1962. It has had only two homes and is in wonderful condition: my childhood in Westchester, NY, and my apartment of 50 years in New York City. Obviously, I love this bed but it is time to downsize and I want it to live another long life with someone who will love and enjoy it as much as I have.

It would be happy in a guest room or tween’s bedroom or any room where its beautiful lines and comfort will be welcomed and admired. less
