This lovely clear and semi frosted vintage Czech glass paperweight is signed Ceska. It is from the 80's. The raised forms are of the Batutto technique. it can sit from every angle differently.
It makes a GREAT desk accessory. Battuto is a type of glass process whose surface has a even set of grindings to make a dimensional pattern. There are 7 clear flat chiseled sides , top and bottom. The batutto surrounds them. It is of organic shape as one side is higher than the other.
