Deftly balancing and blending moody abstract expressionism with a zen-like, bright, space accent, this painting goes well in a variety of settings, particularly contemporary, modern, and minimalist. The canvas and frame are reclaimed/repurposed, aligning with Newman Keaton values of conservatorship, stewardship, and sustainability. - This item is reclaimed/repurposed canvas that has been painted over, which does not take away from the artistic quality of … moreThis item is reclaimed/repurposed canvas that has been painted over, which does not take away from the artistic quality of the painting, and reclaimed/repurposed frame that is wrapped in a faux wood laminate. There is one spot at the top left corner where the laminate has rubbed off, and one spot in the bottom left corner where the wrapping is separating off the frame a bit, but with gentle treatment, the frame should remain as is, or even better, perhaps, with a touch of paint and adhesive or sealant. These flaws are also quite unobtrusive and unobservable, especially the spot at the top of the frame, which is usually outside of the field of vision. less
