Anchor ship brass lanterns were made in New York, USA between the late 1800s to 1913 at which time the company was purchased by National Marine Lamp Company.

Condition: The lens is in very good condition. The brass has no dents. The brass has corrosion and has not been cleaned or polished. The bottom plate is missing, one of the side braces is missing, and the oil burning parts are missing. Originally an oil light, it may have been converted to electric at one time (but no longer is).
