Reading Nook Furniture is pleased to offer this stunning antique settee. This Victorian Rococo petite settee has a medallion back, with a scroll carved frame enclosing a beautiful floral pattern that complements the durable Crypton caramel fabric on the main body of the settee. The serpentine seat is supported by demi-cabriole front legs on casters. A gorgeous piece with the following additional features:
The settee was reupholstered for this sale with coordinating fabrics. The base fabric (all but medallion) is a durable Crypton fabric (100,000 double rub). Crypton fabric is designed to permanently repel stain, liquid and odor. Springs retied, foam and cotton replaced with all new materials Settee is structurally strong. All joints reassembled and strengthened. Mahogany frame has been refinished. Springs and padding in the seat make it very comfortable. The piece is on original casters for ease of movement. less
