Bowl is decorated all the way around and the entire inside
Entire body of the bowl is cloisonné enameled
Bowl stands upon brass rim
Blue enamel bottom to bowl inside brass rim on base
Lovely one inch cloisonné border emanating from brass rim on bottom of bowl (see picture #4)
Two rows of blue enamel with gold colored scallop in inside of bowl under top of rim
1 1/4" border pattern in outside of bowl at top-next to brass rim
