Leather seats are in very good condition with very little signs of use or wear. The underside of one chair seat appears to have slight stains on the white lining (as pictured) but is not visible from the top and does detract from overall appearance of the chair. Arms are hinged to drop down but the bases do not fold flat. All are very sturdy and in good condition, very comfortable. There is no maker’s mark but have a McGuire look to them. Beautiful for a dinner table, office or for extra seating in the home. less
