They have been made into table lamps with … Read more An unusual pair of Scandinavian(possibly Danish) ceremonial silver plated helmets, c. 1940. They have been made into table lamps with modern stem and wiring, and mounted on wooden platforms. The mounted medallion insignia on the front of each helmet is the key to their exact use. Also, gilted lion's heads and rope decoration. Both in excellent condition with no damage or repair. Shades not included. Measures 21" high. The wooden bases are 12"wide X 15"deep. See less
