Duncan Urquhart and Napthali Hart … Read more Three piece sterling silver tea set made by Urquhart and Hart in London in 1804. Duncan Urquhart and Napthali Hart entered marks together in 1791 and were partners until 1812. The set is composed of a teapot, an open sugar bowl, and a creamer. Urquhart and Hart were also buckle makers and plate workers. The tea set is in very good condition for its age with a few dings and scuffs has elaborate engraving and a central crest surrounded by a greek key design. The teapot measures 11.5"long x 6.25" high at the finial, and is fully marked on it's base. The sugar bowl is 8.25"long and 4.25" high at the handles and is fully marked on it's side. The creamer is 5.25"high and 4.25" at the handle and is fully marked on it's side. Total weight is 27 ounces. See less
