Traditional style made from Alder wood in a dark espresso stain. Purchased from restoration hardware back in 2005 before things changed with that vendor. Table is 100% wood and has held up nicely.
The extension makes it perfect to add additional guests for holidays or big dinners. 6 people can fit comfortably at the round 60"d table or add the 24" wide leaf to extend the table to an oval shape to fit 8 or 10 people. No sharp corners means it's easy to pull up an extra chair.
It's a classic style that fits in with many different home styles. less
