Finely detailed vintage French Pascal Morabito floating diamond cube pendant crafted in 18k yellow gold (circ 1970s).

One estimated 0.10 carat round brilliant cut diamond is set into the cube (set into resin or acrylic).

The unique cube was originally created in 1972 with the inset free diamond. Called "The Morabito" and is the emblematic model of Pascal Morabito designs, both a pendant and a sculpture. The design is exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. A fabulous piece to wear alone or layered. The pendant is smaller in scale (see below measurements).

The pendant is in good condition and was lightly cleaned and polished.
