Description: Gorgeous dovetailed trunk / chest with gently pronounced camel back lid in original dark green shade.

Once upon a time army travel chest, used in 1st World War in Balcan region. Hand crafted of solid pine wood, with original metal side handles and top opener.

The lid on the inside reveals original handwrited signature of the first owner - a soldier.

Cleaned with great care and sealed with layer of varnish in order to provide smooth and safe surface. We added per two antique white rusty metal corner protectors on front and back side and adorned front side & top with cute French style motives in white.

Unique and special storage case for any premises. It can serve also as modern coffee table, storage for blankets, books, tools, … Photo props are not included in the price :)

External measures: 23.6 x 15" (60 x 38) / max. height: 13.4" (34 cm).
Internal measures up to lid: 21.6 x 13" (55 x 32 cm) / height: 9.5" (24 cm).
