This set has really interesting lines and angles. 40”x60” (40”x72” extended), leaf is built in/stored underneath. 4 chairs have vinyl over the original upholstery as shown in images, one the vinyl has been removed. Two chairs have cracked spindles that can be repaired. A couple chairs could use tightening. Wood surfaces are in good shape with no burns or water rings, no moderate or deep scratches, only minor surface wear. Prior owner refinished but could be prettied/shined up further with light refinishing. less
