The wood finish is a warm honey tone and is steady with the four barely twisted legs and cross rails. It has dove tailed drawer which opens easily with the metal filagree drawer pull. However, the interior back side of the drawer has some raised veneer. It does not affect the functionality or appearance of the piece.
