Hardware is affixed to the wood backing with the … more Classically styled rectangular beveled mirror with carved gilt wood frame, 1940s. Hardware is affixed to the wood backing with the option to hang either vertically or horizontally. Currently has wire in place for portrait/vertical orientation. The glass is in very good condition and the frame has a lovely, slightly aged patina to the gilt. A tailored design with beautiful beveling which intensifies the reflection of light and adds dimension to a room. A great size and shape which has the versatility to layer with other pieces or stand alone. Also ideal for over a vanity or a nightstand.
