Antique Victorian side by side secretary desk and curio bookcase. Made of quartersawn oak featuring Art Nouveau styling with carved floral and acanthus fretwork accents over a glass front curio cabinet flanking a drop front secretary that opens to writing surface with multiple cubbies and a drawer. Above the secretary there is a beveled mirror opens for additional storage, as well as a lower drawer and cabinet adorned with iron hardware.
Attributed to Rockford or Skandia Furniture Co of Illinois.
