The cover was professionally conserved about 1990 and stored in a cedar hope chest until it was recently rediscovered. (see similar bed cover also offered for sale). - There are a few spots developed in storage; I have not tried to clean and will leave that for the next owner. Beautiful design! Handmade by a friend's Portuguese Mother, for her own child, born in 1938.
Dimensions are approximately 30" square.
- Inner square is approximately 8” wide x 6” tall;
- Monogram is ‘A’.
