Isabel Parke Branson Cartwright (1885–1966) was an American painter known for her contributions to the American art scene in the early to mid-20th century. She studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and was associated with the Philadelphia Ten, a group of women artists who exhibited together to gain greater recognition in a male-dominated field. Cartwright’s work often included landscapes and portraits, showcasing her diverse artistic skills. She was an active participant in various art organizations, contributing significantly to the promotion of women in the arts. less
