There is one blemish, a slight discoloration likely due to age on one of the bases, approximately 2" in diameter. Structurally very solid. The silver is lustrous. The pieces have been give a light cleaning for photography, and could benefit from a deeper cleaning and polish. Very good vintage condition. The glass piece is not included, but may be purchased separately. It is in very good condition. No cracks or chips, some light surface scratches normal for its age. less

These are a pair of stunning swan sculptures on solid black marble bases with gloriously detailed silver plated wings, signed by the artist San Sen.
Rare and unique, these pieces would frame your fireplace beautifully and would add grace and style to any deco, regency or eclectic decor. As pictured, they would make a delightful base for a piece of beveled glass, to be used as a coffee table.
The swans likely date pre 1950, and are in very good condition for their age. There is expected patina on both marble bases, but the wings are impeccable.
There is a third swan available for purchase as well.
They stand 20" high on a 14" x 10" base.
