Rare table or desk lamp designed by the BBPR architects' studio and produced in the 1960s by Olivetti.
The lamp was made of black lacquered metal with a directional diffuser and extendable mechanism in chromed metal.
No breakages, but the lamp shows some signs of wear over time as shown in the photo.
BBPR was the acronym that indicated the group of Italian architects established in 1932 by Gian Luigi Banfi (1910 - 1945), Lodovico Barbiano di Belgiojoso (1909 - 2004), Enrico Peressutti (1908 - 1976), Ernesto Nathan Rogers (1909 - 1969). This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution,

- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.

- Chairish In-Home Delivery
