At the base of the spoon there is a griffin at the bottom of the twisted handle and at the top of both sides with a decoration of dolphins. The spoon is made in such a way that it looks like an antique spoon. These spoons are popular in the netherlands and are copied from very old ones. The hall marks of the dutch silver is at the back right of the spoon and has the hall mark of the letter z for 1959.
