The … Read more A vintage Swedish Gustavian style pair of " Axet "side made of hand crafted painted Pinewood, in good condition. The curved shield back of the Scandinavian dining room chairs are spindled, standing on four tapered wooden legs, supported by a "H" stretcher, enhanced by detailed brass fittings, particularized in the Neoclassical Greek style. The original upholstery is in used condition. Minor fading, scratches due to age. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1920 - 1940, Stockholm, Sweden, Scandinavia. See less
