It is a heavy hardwood chair and the … Read more This is a pretty American manufactured chair produced between 1929 and 1935. It is a heavy hardwood chair and the original needle point seat upholstery is in nice condition. It is a light grayish beige color with a floral medallion. The carving flutes on the top rail, seat front, and the side edges give the chair such flair. The curvy shape of the back and legs show the Phyfe style. This makes a beautiful little parlor chair, vanity chair, or even a sewing or computer chair. It is well built and sturdy.
