As i photographed the lamps picture 1 and two were close ups. Picture 3 shows the inside light on. picture 4 has the top light on and picture 5 has both on. These are all regulated by a turn of the knob and each setting occurs. These are tall, 26 inches from base to socket. There is a 1 inch thick clear lucite base on each lamp. The cording is clear.
