Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown Sommerso vaseline yellow green, amber and dark green Italian art glass sculpture. Documented to designer Luciano Gaspari for the Salviati company, and signed underneath "L. Gaspari". The piece has a Brutalist look, and abstract design. The piece glows bright neon green under a black light from the high amount of Uranium / UV reactive glass (see photos). One side glows completely, while the other has only some parts, because of the different glass mixed in. It is made with thick glass, and it is heavy for its size. Would make a great display piece on any desk, coffee table or credenza. Mid-century era. Please look at the last 2 photos, as it looks like there is an imperfection or impact mark to one of the corners of the sculpture.
