Our tall and decorative halberds date to circa 1900 and were constructed with iron blades mounted to wooden handles. One of the blades is a partisan trident, with two curved tines that angle down, forming a hook. The other blade is closer to a poleaxe, with asymmetrical barbs flanking the rising tip. Purely decorative, our tall wood and iron halberds could be displayed over a mantle (crossed) or used as elements flanking a door. less
