The lamp was made in Italy in 1950s and rewired to US standards in the 1980s. Has a toggle switch in the excellent condition wiring. No chips cracks or crazing. One tiny area of the brass frame (back side) is starting to oxidize green.

Made in Faenza Italy in the 1950s. It is in the Garofano Blue Carnation pattern. I do not know if Garofano signed the ceramic underside. The brass fitting is beautiful. The wiring was modified for US use in the 1980s. It is in excellent condition and yes the lamp works.
Lamp measures 17.5” to top of finial. 11” to top of bulb socket. less
