We have for your consideration a very gorgeous drop front desk / credenza designed by Paul mccobb and manufactured my … Read more We have for your consideration a very gorgeous drop front desk / credenza designed by Paul mccobb and manufactured my winchedon. This design is know as the planner group series and quite hard to find the drop front desk. Desk consists of solid maple wood and has all been refinished by a professional. The entire piece has been refinished inside and out . No scratches or dings. Desk has been refinished to it’s natural yellow maple color with a flat lacquer sheen finish. Desk is solid and sound and sturdy infact we went thru all the joinery and insured there is no loose joints. All drawers close and open smooth and even the grass cloth sliding doors slide freely back and forth. Even the drop front door opens and closes with ease. Desk consists of a removable shelf on the bottom portion that can be removed to have more storage space. Desk is signed on one of the smaller drawers inside the desk. This desk is quite the space saver not only do you get a desk it acts as a upfront credenza using it to store multiple items. This desk will compliment your mid century modern decor and grace your mid century modern home.
