Designed by Alvar Aalto , was designed in the 1930's and produced by Artek in Finland.
This chair was produced in the 1960's and possibly earlier according to the Artek representative.
The surface is original and the patina is honey. There are four glides that were added and not original. The upholstery has been refreshed in the early 2000's with the Maharam Dot Pattern fabric designed by Charles and Ray Eames.
