This is a small sailing painting of oil on masonite with lots of texture and character. The blues and greens are the colors of the water off Nantucket Sound on a cloudy day. The painting is oil and is 9 x 12. Framed size is 11 x 14. It comes with a pretty brown and gold new frame. It will be ready for hanging. This great size will fit into so many places. It has a contemporary feel but adapts to so many kinds of settings!
Christine has been a trusted seller of original one-of-a-kind artworks on Chairish since 2018 and has several sizes framed and unframed. Prices vary depending upon the size and the year painted. All paintings offered are original paintings on canvas by Christine. She uses only the highest quality, professional grade paint and artist materials. Paintings can be seen in additional photos in various settings, unframed and framed, if possible. With years of experience, Christine sends paintings all over US with Chairish.
Christine has been juried into many special shows. She is a member of the National Association of Women Artists, The Cape Cod Museum Artists Association, The Provincetown Museum Artists Association and others.
Christine is known for her representational and abstract paintings. Her work is shown in galleries on the East coast and she shows around the country. Christine has studied at the Art Students League, the National Art Gallery, Silvermine Arts and with many prominent artists. including Joseph McGurl, Jonathan McPhillips, Peter Bonner and Dimitry Wright.
All paintings are signed on the front and back and come with a certificate of authenticity.

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).
- On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing and shipping.
Cancellations
- Prior to shipping or local pickup, buyers may cancel an order for any reason, with the exception of some Made-to-Order items, where supplies have been purchased or work begun on the item.

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.
- Shipping charges start at $999 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.
- Shipping charges start at $799 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
- Only available in selected markets.
- Chairish In-Home Delivery
