The frosted background gives way to either … more These gorgeous goblets are perfect for anytime, but are especially so for autumn. The frosted background gives way to either matte or high gloss 22 kt gold leaves. These were originally called stemmed rocks glasses and were used both as a small champagne and for mixed drinks while entertaining. The small ball style stem adds a bit of class with an extra side of sturdiness. There are a couple of tiny areas of gold rub- off, but nothing I could get to show up in photographs. I have other matching pieces of this design listed separately in my chairish store and you ABSOLUTELY have to go look. This is one of the MOST iconic designs of the mid 20th century in the rarest color- 22 kt gold. Finding pieces in this condition is unheard of. PLEASE NOTE THAT PUTTING 22KT GOLD IN A DISHWASHER IS A HORRIBLE IDEA. less
