A vintage Japanese enamel over gilt copper vase. The amphora shaped vase is enameled with polychrome medallions depicting fish in a pond and a mantis in blossoming flowers surrounded by floral and foliage patterns made in the Cloisonne technique. The base and the neck feature floral, foliage and butterfly patterns made in the Cloisonne technique. The ground is inlaid with Gold stones. Circa: 1880.
