Funky, postmodern, kinetic sculpture by artist Rosemary Pozzi Franzetti (1953-2012). The dancers sway and rock gently on the spring base.
Rosemary Pozzi Franzetti was a well known modernist artist based in Taos, New Mexico. Her work is inspired by Native American Folklore. This piece was produced in the 1980s, artist signed on the women's thigh.
Finished in blackened steel, left unfinished the steel is slowly and beautifully rusting over time, as was the artist's intent.
