Made in the 1970s by Vanguard, this set is in very good to excellent condition. Almost no wear or staining is present, the sofa is extremely comfortable and comes from a clean home. One or two very small areas of light fraying on the bottom and back corner of sofa. There was originally a skirt in place, this was removed to improve the looks of the sofa. Chair measures 33x33x33" and the sofa measures 87x34x32" tall, both having a seat height of 18". less
