Entrance locker in plywood and formica designed by Drevotvar in Czechoslovakia in the 1960s. The geometric patterns in formica add to its charm. It features a chrome coat rack with hook, mirror, key storage and umbrella stand. This is a characteristic example of Czechoslovak furniture design linked to the so-called Brussels period which began following the enormous success of the Czechoslovak pavilion at the famous Brussels World's Fair in 1958. NB: furniture from the 1960s in Czechoslovakia being only produced on an international scale add to their uniqueness which is very appreciated by decoration enthusiasts.
