New York City- 1945. A gentleman purchases a Mahogany bedroom set from renowned furniture builders A. H. Stiehl that will remain a treasured family heirloom for 3 generations. This 3/2 Highboy has been well loved and shows some signs of wear consistent with its age, as shown in the pictures. It measures 36"x 21" x 49.5". I have a listing for the matching dresser which bears the Stiehl company branding in the top left drawer. However, this piece is not branded, so I have included a picture of the original sales receipt from October of 1945. According to "Measuring Worth" the 1945 purchase price of $99 correlates to a purchase price of $3008 in 2024, which illustrates the high end value of this piece. All of the dovetailed drawers work well and are equipped with the orignal hardware. The two bottom drawers are quite deep and one is divided. All of the drawers are clean inside. This piece is sure to look fabulous for another 80 years. Make it your family's new heirloom!

- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final

Cancellations
