Exceptional and rare living room suite consisting of a sofa, two lounge chairs, and a cocktail table. Crafted in the California coastal organic modern style by McGuire artisans from pencil reed rattan. The large frames have gracefully curved arms with distinctive open fretwork designs of x-patterns. The sofa and chairs have fitted loose seat cushions that are thick and plush upholstered with an Alcantara style fabric in a buttercream tone. The two-tier table has a fitted glass top and a lower shelf of x pattern pencil rattan. The exposed joints are lashed together with cream toned leather rawhide laces. The thick bundled rattan frames have a lovely aged, distressed patina on the finish. The organic modern style of the set is grounded in natural materials. Sturdy and strong with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. From an estate in Santa Barbara, CA. The chairs measure 27.5"w x 31"d x 31"h, seat 17"h. Table measures 48 wide by 21 deep and 16 high.
