One small area on of damage on back cover above retail selling price. Very rare to see a copy of this book in this condition.

Revised edition. Text in English and Japanese. Printed in Japan. SOLD Tokyo, Japan, Kasuga Boeki K K, Hardcover (150x105mm), orange cloth boards, black embossed lettered illustrations. Bilingual, with each cocktail recipe in English and Japanese; the English index at the front and the Japanese at the back. Three pages of photographs of bar utensils and glassware. The contents page is subtitled "Contents of American-Japanese Bartenders Guide". Distributed by the Suido, Bunkyo-ku Tokyo office of Charles Tuttle & Co; thus although undated, post 1954. A small, well indexed, guide to 220 cocktails, clearly designed for professional/commercial use in Japan issued shortly after the US occupation of Japan finished. An interesting insight into Post World War II Japan's and the adoption of American cocktail culture. OCLC only records 1 copy pre 1976 less
