Jingfa cloisonne was made famous by the 7th emperor of the Ming Dynasty Jingtai who loved the blue coisonne which became known as Jingfa Cloisonne. This cloisonne vase is glass enamel on a brass body that was hand crafted by a skilled craftsmen from Beijing who created two lovely scenes on each side with a hibiscus on one side and a cherry in blossom on the other with paintbrushes in a brush pot. This vase was made for export for the European market with artistic influence from France with a lotus flower and floral scrolls in a black background. This Chinese Jingfa Cloisonne vase with wood pedestal stand is in "Pristine Condition" with no chips, no cracks, no repairs, and very little wear to the vase for the age of it.
