It is made of good quality materials: goatskin covered double tiered rolling bar cart with brass wheels, brass rails, handle and three ring bottle holder. The top part of the cart is held up by a brass tulip styled pedestal. This bar cart it is in good condition. It has no broken parts or issues. It has been hand polished. Just a wonderful piece that will bring more style to your home. See less
