The chairs are in WATER GILDED finishes and this is known to be the best and most expensive giltwood finishes made. The chairs are in good antique condition with minor wear and signs of use and no real issues to mention. They are used so expect them to have signs of use. The carving is beautifully done and refined. They don't get better!
