There are no structural issues or major where. No odors, chips in the wood, or cracks. The finish is in good original condition. The brass handles do have tarnish from age. The marble top is in good condition with a glue repair on one corner that is barely noticeable and appears to be quite strong. The marble is removable by sliding it in and out from the back of the cabinet. The drawers inside the cabinet glide open and close smoothly and all 4 doors operate nicely with no sagging or dragging. less
