Depicting an unknown religious figure, the sculpture has a deep rich brown patina, enhancing the nuances of the carvings. The pious man with shoulder-length hair has a stoic look on his bearded face and is clad in a billowing robe. His hands are depicted close to his torso, possibly indicating that he once held an item. Based on the positioning of his hands, the man may be Moses, clutching stone tablets inscribed with the Ten Commandments.
