An RK Dresden porcelain cachepot, circa 1900. Carris the RK Dresden Germany stamp to the underside. Richard Klemm (German, 1852-1916) established his RK Dresden studio in 1869. The workshop decorated porcelain blanks from Meissen and others in various styles. The green upper boarder in this piece is most certainly in the Meissen style. Very nice floral and gilded details. This cachepot is 5 1/4" tall with a diameter of 5 3/4".
Very good antique condition with no chips or cracks. There is wear to the gilding around the rim as is typical with porcelain pieces from this time period. Minimal loss to the hand painted green, gold, and floral decorations.
