These exceptional chairs were designed by Tito Agnoli for Matteo Grassi in the 1980s. The burgundy-colored leather is wrapped over an internal steel frame. Beautifully shaped, these chairs look as if they were carved out of one piece of material. The leather developed a beautiful patina that provides each chair with a unique look. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
