This is a PRETTY and ANTIQUE Opaline glass bowl ( dish / centerpiece ), in light blue color, decorated in the center with a flower in gold color.
Mounted on the top edge with a gold plated bronze ( brass ) border, in the Louis XVI style and decor.
Can also be used for desk accessories.
