This circa 1958 oil on canvas nude is by Bay Area artist Alysanne McGaffey (1931-2018). McGaffey was part of the Bay Area Figurative Movement and graduated from the San Francisco Art Institute in the 1960s. She held offices in several art organizations and paint watercolors of the Pacific seashore in her Pacifica studio until her death.
Signed and dated on reverse.
