This mid 20th century graphite and Conte crayon on paper is by New York and Bay Area artist Ethel Weiner Guttman (1916-1990). Guttman studied at the National Academy of Art in NY in the 1930s and taught art in San Francisco. She exhibited at the SF Art Museum (now SFMOMA) Annual Exhibition and the Crocker Art Gallery in the 1940s.
Signed lower right.
Shipped in a mat to fit a standard size frame.
