This 1984 cement, paint, metal, and paper mixed media abstract mounted to wood panel is by Northern California artist Hugh Wiley (1922-2013). Wiley studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and in Mexico City under Carlos Merida. He showed at the NYC Bertha Schaeffer Gallery and taught art at California College of the Arts (formerly CCAC) from 1965-1984.
Re-touched in 2004.
Signed and dated on reverse.
